This is a comprehensive case comprised with two major parts, the case and the case analysis. The case describes development and expansion of an international plastic lens company, with substantial evidence and in time sequence. The examples part describes company A developing process in China from 1989, in respect of marketing management, organization management, HR management etc. It presents the tortuous experience of the wave-like development of the company, which had been the leader in the field of plastic lens business. The content of the case is rich, fully displaying a company抯 weakness in the respect of marketing management and organization under gradually intense marketing competition. In the case analysis section, by using the theories of MBA courses the author has learned, especially the theories of Management and Marketing management, combined with her experience of plastic lens field, the author analyzes thoroughly the successes and faults of the A company in its growth. Furthermore, she puts forward her own opinions about the development of the company A with detail plans, mainly in respect of marketing and organization.
