Under the market economic system background, in the face of the day-by-day complex business circumstances, the competences between the enterprises are becoming more and more fierce. So the questions about how to win a position and a further progress in it deserve a careful and thorough study for all the enterprises. We should speculate the reason that most family business in our country can survive only a short time because of its inborn nature. The present study took San Tai Plastic Company as an example, making an attempt to explore and analyze the problems and faults existing in its developing course, and further put forward some strategies and managing countermeasures in view of the present situation to help the company walk out of the straits and make a big success in the future .The author hopes that the exploration of this study can provide some valuable references for the domestic medium-sized and small-sized family business which as the same times to make use of.In order to achieve this, four chapters are developed. The first chapter gives an overall introduction to the scale, the products and the developing experiences of the Company. The second chapter leads a deep exploration of the Company's managing circumstances, strategy object, management system and some other special questions. The third chapter provides the corresponding strategy countermeasure based on the inner resource conditions, outer circumstances and the actual problems existing in the Company. In order to realize the strategy target, the fourth chapter put forward some advice about management innovation the company should take.
