Contribution Of Watery Region Ecological Civilization In Environmental Ethics

Ecological culture of watery region as intangible cultural heritage in modern times has been great concern all along. Because it located in the most developed private economy in Jiangsu and Zhejiang Provinces of China, and the rapid development of modern industry affects and changes the original ecological environment directly which watery region relies on deeply. Commercializing evolves the ancient water region towards modern urbanization, resulting in the existence of features of severe isolated fishing village, which not only endangers the original the ecological environment of watery regions, but also impact the noumenon of rivers and lakes directly. With the development of watery region economic construction, water region resources become increasingly scarce, and inheritance and heritage of water village traditional culture are facing great difficulties. Therefore, how to carry on the construction of watery region ecological civilization from the perspective of environmental ethics, with a moral vision to see civilization of watery region, to develop effective and feasible of ecological protection measures within the constraints and permits of environments and how to create a harmonious and civilized Water region ecological environment, and heritage and promote the unique original culture of water region at the same time are the center of this paper.The paper attempts to start from the perspective of environmental ethics, to think about the ecological civilization construction of the watery region by a moral way. There are six parts in the paper, the first part is the introduction, beginning with ecological civilization of the watery region to introduce the ethical values of ecological environment of watery region, and described the status of the research both in China and aboard and the method of this subject. The second and third parts are to describe the ethical implications of ecological civilization on environment of watery region and the importance of construction on ecological civilization of watery region. The fourth part is the difficulties the watery region will face during the construction of ecological civilization. The fifth and sixth parts are the basic requirements and practical approaches about construction of ecological civilization on watery region. In the conclusion, the author believes construction of ecological civilization watery region will achieve full harvest, and play a common and positive performance in the development of ecological civilization construction and water region economic environment.
