In the traditional theory of international strategy, national security mainly refers to both political and military security, that is, there is neither political interference and military aggression in objective, nor the knock-on psychological fear toward external threats in subjective.Culture, primarily serve as a political and military security background,dose not be considered as a independent security variable.With the evolving process of globalization,the international community become increasingly interdependent,and the collisions and conflicts among different strengths and elements become more obvious,at the same time,various forms of global problems emerged increasingly frequent, which make the connotation and extension of national security expanding rapidly.It is also in this background that culture security,as a security state,to enter the international strategic research agenda.Culture,as an independent security state, was raised to the national security and international strategic level, mainly because that cultural security fundamentally affect the survival of the contemporary national rights and development interests.Historically, Western colonialism often boast "racial superiority" so as to show legitimacy of their external aggression.
