Today psychological contract (PC) is an important research topic of humanresource management and organizational behavior and plays a party in people'smental attitudes and behaviors. This innovative study introduced PC from the profitorganization into the university and based on a two-way viewing angle defined PC as:the parties are not by some forms of direct and clear expression, but by a variety ofpsychological suggestions, so as to enable parties to mutual perceive and acceptexpectations, eventually form a contract about hidden relationship about rights andobligations.This study attempt has two meaning at least: first, under the backgroundthat style of study is declining for higher education in China, we can actively promoteboth teachers and students benign development by improving the quality of the PCbuilding and fulfillment. Second, in the sight of gender differences to discuss thesimilarities and differences that building and fulfillment of PC between teachers andstudents, so as to find more effective strategies; meanwhile,in order to more intuitiveunderstand the fulfillment interactions of PC between teachers and students, we usedexperimental method of education and developed the fulfillment questionnaire of PC .The innovative attempt of perspective and method will greatly expand the currentresearch perspective and make positive contributions to the theory and practicalapplication of educational psychology.The study core contents included: first, the theories discussion of PC , includingthe basic theory, the concept of evolution, contents and dimensions, fulfillment, etc.;Second, empirical research on students'gender differences on the PC between collegeteachers and students, including research hypothesis, questionnaire design and datacollection, empirical analysis of students'gender differences on the PC. Third,experimental research on teachers' fulfillment of PC how to impact students' learningbehaviors, including research hypothesis, subjects, tools and steps, data analysis andso on.Compared with the current research, this paper has the following innovations:innovation of academic thought. Based on rational thought of "two-way viewingangle"of PC, we very clearly distinguished PC, expectations, beliefs and so on, whichwill open a new exploration road of the PC.
