In this paper, Karajan, Bernstein, Kleiber, Seiji Ozawa, conductor Beethoven's "c Minor V (fate) Symphony" op.67 1st movement of different styles of interpretation as the starting point for a comprehensive comparison to look into the music analysis, theory and techniques of command, command and development of the arts disciplines, such as a combination of history, exploring the formation of these differences in subjective and objective factors, and "100 command 100-like" the inevitability of its charm lies.This paper is divided into three chapters: the first chapter from a personal style, genre style, era style, ethnic style of the four pairs of Karajan, Bernstein, Kleiber, Seiji Ozawa and the command style summarized and concluded. Chapter II respectively from Beethoven's "c Minor V (fate) Symphony" op.67 1st movement speed, intensity, tone, prime, sub-theme, and the clause dealing with the various voices, sound balance and level of the Ministry of the band as a whole ensemble of water, flat-six in detail to explore four different understanding and command master processing, trying to compare to further elaborate on a variety of command style of masters to find out their command-style differences. Chapter III, on the one hand from their background, personality differences, knowledge and cultural qualities of vision and nationality, etc. They discussed the formation of conductor-style reasons for the differences; the other hand, from the conductor's style differences arising from the analysis of artistic charm come to the same work because of different conductors, different players, different recording conditions, will produce different sound effects, summing up the regularity of command experience in the arts and to promote awareness among commanders of the overall quality of personal accomplishment and importance.
