Study On Feature Of Folk Sports In Taiwan And Fujian' Traditional Festival And Cultural Identity

By means of literature material, field study and logic analysis, this paper use the theory of folklore about folk and traditional festival and folk culture areas to expound the theory of folk sports, the relation between festival and folk sports and Fujian and Taiwan'folk culture identity, which provide a theoretical basis to the study on Fujian and Taiwan'folk sports. On this basis, the paper collects and investigates the manifestation of Fujian and Taiwan'festival and folk sports inside that is considered as a whole, and then analyze the feature and rule of folk sports in traditional festival, according to features provoke thinking about the culture identity value of Taiwan and Fujian'folk sports in festival. This paper'purpose is that to enrich the study about folk sports in areas, provide a theoretical reference to study folk sports in festival, and give a new communication channels to enrich people'festival life, promote cross-strait cultural exchanges, promote folk contacts.The result of this study indicates: 1) folk life as the soil is the essential for the existence and development of folk sports. It can't study the folk sports without considering folk life. Festival is the part of folk life, which has many regional characteristics'folk sports. Festival gives folk sport different manifestation and feature. 2) As the specific geographical environment and historical development background, Fujian and Taiwan form the same folk culture. In the same folk culture areas, Fujian and Taiwan'folk sports can be study as a whole. 3) Fujian and Taiwan'festival has the trait which is reproduction cycle of high-density, dense religious atmosphere, festivals'way of collective gatherings, strong "excitement" appeal, rich traditional culture. Fujian and Taiwan'festival provides a unique folk living environment to folk sports, making them has some feature that is inheritance of a stable, clear real utilitarian, strong appeal, strong group cohesion, thick cultural content. 4) Fujian and Taiwan'folk sports in traditional festival are the important carrier of traditional culture. According to analyses the feature of Fujian and Taiwan'folk sports, has the inspiration that thick cultural basis is the basis to realize cultural identity, stable inheritance is the pledge to realize cultural identity, Strong appeal and cohesion is the key to realize cultural identity. It's consider that Fujian and Taiwan'folk sports in traditional festival are the effective way to realize the culture identity.
