On Sentences Of "Dui" In Modern Chinese

By searching modern Chinese corpus in Center of Chinese Linguistics PKU, a special modern Chinese sentence pattern—sentence "Dui" has been described, analysed and interpreted. For the current academic, the study of sentence "Dui" is not enough. In the course of the study, the thesis used a variety of theoretical tools, adhere to combine qualitative research and quantitative research methods, and want to do further expansion.First, the article reviewed the results of the current academic research, point out that the study of sentence "Dui" has two limitations: lack of quantitative research and the lack of system. Then according to the contents of the article to be discussed, the thesis point out the each of research's advantages and disadvantages, and defined the meaning of article research and research focus. Meanwhile, the object of this paper to make the basic definition: This study in sentence"Dui" is the sentence that preposition "Dui" within.Based on the theory of the three basic grammar,the thesis studied for modern Chinese "Dui" -sentence syntax, semantics and pragmatics.The part of syntax is discussed in the type of "Dui" and syntactic limit, The part of semantic is discussed in Noun core structure, dynamic core structure, semantic structure of "Dui",also with the image schema theory in cognitive linguistics theory,on the basis of the analysis of sentence multiple meanings of "Dui" made a summary of sentence image schema, explained the path-schema of"Dui" . The part of pragmatic studied on the "Dui"'s function of topic marker and textual.Finally, the article discussed in modern Chinese preposition "Dui" and "Dui yu"'s path of grammaticalization.
