Research Into "Huraldai System" Of Great Mongolia

On the basis of the previous studies of the Meeting Institution of tribe and alliance in the State of Mongolia, this paper systematically summarized the whole content of the Meeting Institution of the State of Mongolia.Firstly, this paper discusses the meaning and content of the Meeting Institution in the State of Mongolia in the ancient time and the condition for its coming into existence and its development process in history.And this paper also states out that the the Meeting Institution in the State of Mongolia is the development of E Ye and Ye Ke Kou(which means the meeting in ancient Mongolia),and f E Ye and Ye Ke Kou is the earliest form of the Meeting Institution in the State of Mongolia.Secondly, this paper summarized the content of the Meeting Institution of the State of Mongolia from the political, military, economic, and legal aspects.Politically, it discusses how to select out Han (which means some kind of leader),and the standard of being chosen as Han, and the participants,time, place,and principles of meetings are also studied in the paper.
