Spoken language of Haisugai township is of distinct features among Ke Er Qin local dialect. On the basis of research achievement of linguist from both home and abroad and field work materials, the writer discusses systematically the characteristics and internal divergences of spoken language of Haisugai township.This paper falls into five parts. In the introduction the writer mainly narrates the current research situation both at home and abroad and it's research method, reasons for choosing the topic and it's meaning. In the first chapter the writer elaborates on the formation and evolution of this township's spoken language in combination with Haisugai's specific geographic condition, population distribution and the influences from outside. In the second chapter the writer expounds mainly on the linguistic features of Haisugai's dialect through comparisons with written language, Ke Er Qin local dialect and Ka La Qin local dialect. In the third chapter the writer accounts for the grammatical properties of this township' s spoken language in comparison with written one. In the forth chapter the writer discusses mainly about the lexical traits of spoken language of Haisugai township in comparison with written language and other dialect. In the last chapter the author illustrates the population distribution of Mongolian people and the features of spoken language in this township, and therefore reveals more clearly the internal differences of this spoken language.
