China is currently in the socialist transition, that is to say, from a planned economy to a market economy into a period of the socialist market economy. The benefits are obvious to all people, and its evil is evident. On the one hand, market economy driven by interest and personal characteristics, so that people tend to be limited to the pursuit of personal interests or gains and losses, they emphasis on material interests, and light spirit of the pursuit, leading to the development of human physical and chemical state, limiting people's freedom and all-round development ; On the other hand, the market economy itself has a market division of labor required to meet the mutual interests and exchange nature, but also strengthen the capacity of the human individual one-dimensional development. At present, China's rapid economic development, productivity made tremendous progress, to some extent, which is based on the individual one-sided development. Do not abandon one-sided it is impossible to achieve all-round development? Marx's"real personal"theory based on real life, based on people's social practices, and excluded abstract individuals, which helps dispel the materialization, individuals, hedonism, utilitarianism, extreme individualism of contemporary society; which will help a correct understanding of contemporary social relationships (particularly, the harmonious development of relationships between people), which is of great significance for achieving the comprehensive development. In this paper, the guidance of Marxist historical materialism explains Marx's"real individuals"thought of the historical background, theoretical sources, formation process, the main content, basic characteristics and its contemporary value. Full-text is divided into four parts:The first part focuses primarily on Marx's"real personal"presented the historical background and theoretical sources. Historical background is as follows: On the one hand, the developments of capitalist market economy strengthen the human capacity and develop the quality of people, at the same time, worsen the situation, which caused the awakening of human consciousness. On the other hand, with the development of natural science in 19th century, people continue to upgrade the political status, more and more pay attention to a person's subjectivity, which is that thought makes people learn social and historical conditions. Marx's theory of origins comes mainly from the inheritance and development of the German classical philosophy. They are the main representative of Kant's ideas—"human virtue"and Feuerbach's philosophy—"Man of the school materialistic thinking", as well as the discarded and beyond of Sterner"only person"thought. This transition from Marx's"abstract person"to"real person"bases on a theoretical foundation for the ideological transition. The second part focuses primarily on Marx's thought process of"real personal"—from the"abstract person"to"real individual". Marx's"real person"exposition of ideas begins"people's class nature"in the"Economic and Philosophic Manuscripts of 1844". With the development of society and the understanding deepening, Marx, the"Holy Family", refers to"self-interest of the people". The"Theses on Feuerbach"interpret"human nature". In the"German Ideology", Marx proposes the"real personal"ideology. In a word, Marx's"real people"thought is to be a real set.The third part focuses primarily on the main content and basic features of Marx's"real person"thought. To define Marx's"real person", it is necessary to understand its basic meaning and basic features."The real individual"ideological content can be interpreted as follows: it is a physical and a living person; is to engage in practical activities; is the unity both the social relationships of men and people's practical activities. Through the mastery of their connotation, characteristics can be summarized as the following: it is the unity between material production and spiritual production; is the unity both realistic and historical person; is the unity of personality and social person. The fourth part explains some of the major Marx's"real personal"Theoretical and practical significance. The meaning of Marx's"real personal"theory is the premise and starting point of creation of historical materialism, which contributes to proper understanding of the connotation of human nature; to a proper understanding and interpretation the basic contradictions of the law of social operation and development; and ultimately realizes Marx's"free individuality"of the all-round development. Its relevant value is as follows: it is conducive to the development of social productivity and the building of socialist spiritual civilization; to help resolve the contradiction between man and nature and the construction of a socialist harmonious society; to respect for the individual's material interests and focus on social interests; to unite both"real person"and"people of world history"to achieve universal interaction.
