Consultations are mainly applied in the field where diplomacy and trade easily generate differences and have such different kinds of interests. It is also widely used in the philosophy, politics, economics, sociology, psychology and pedagogy disciplines, and has achieved remarkable progress at present. With the foundation of the new curriculum reform on education,teacher-student interaction conditions in teaching attract people's attention increasingly. At the same time, consultations in the process of interaction also have caused concern. Nowadays, more and more people have realized the necessary and value of the consultation in the teacher-student interaction, they have discussed the consultation condition from different aspects and levels.Consultations in the process of teaching mainly refer that all members in the teaching, including teachers and students discussing together and deciding how to arrange and organize the teaching activities and all participants of teaching, which makes the decision as possible as they can. Undoubtedly, among the methods of improving teaching quality, consultations in the teacher-student interaction are important aspects which should not be neglected. This paper based on the course reform and improvement of the effectiveness in the teaching, try to discuss a series of problems such as the consultation in the teaching so as to improve teaching efficiency and promote the students' growth and the benign development of the relationship between teachers and students.In the current teaching practice, despotism is very common. Students are in the passive and discontent condition under the arbitrary of teacher. This phenomenon is not good for the realization of our education teaching goal. Teaching is not the single arrangement of the teacher, also not just the concern about the unilateral interest. It needs the consultation between the teacher and the student to decide together and reach a consensus as possible as they can. Through consultations, students can understand the teaching process and participate in it, and also can undertake the obligations, make the passive study become active learning,; Through consultations, students can clearly express the idea hidden in the heart ,which is good for the effect of classroom teaching. In the aspects such as the teaching content, teaching style, and teaching evaluation, classroom management and so on which are reached based on the consultation, because of the student's participation, the teaching content is no longer the something imposed on students by teacher ,so the students have less defensiveness and more cooperative attitude. All this make passive acceptance into active participation. Therefore, this paper put forward the proposition"study on consultation in the teacher-student interaction", it is the requirements of the era of curriculum reform and is adapted to the trend of the research on the teacher-student interaction. We should vigorously concern this problem.This paper, from the point of explanation of the connotation of the consultation, introduces the classification and theoretical basis of consultation .It try to analysis and explore the consultation condition in the teacher-student interaction by the comprehensive use of documentation and questionnaire survey and classroom observation methods. In the second part of this paper, it discusses the value of consultation in the teacher-student interaction and the content, feature, and influence factors of the consultation between teachers and students. In the third part, the author has the personal observation on consultation in the teacher-student interaction and in the fourth part puts forward the strategy in the interaction which teachers will use. Of course, we are very simple research of consultation; there are many aspects that we need to go further. We will actively advocated and make efforts to promote the study in the interaction between the consultation. It has the important theoretic value and practical significance for the effect of teaching, development of our students and improvement of teacher-student relationship.
