Six Paramitas Sutra is a collection of Buddhism Stories. According to the content, Six Paramitas Sutra is divided into six paramitas including Dona, Sila, Ksanti, Virya, Dhyana and Prajna by Kang Senghui. Six Paramitas Sutra had a great influence on literature of Chinese folk tales while Buddhism was widely spread in China, and attracted much research onto it. Formation and development of Korean folk tales is closely related to Buddhism and Chinese literature, because much literature factors of Buddhism have far-reaching influence on Korean literature.This thesis presents a thorough study of the relationship between Six Paramitas Sutra and Korean folk tales, applying the topic learns research as mainly method, influence research, interdisciplinary research and comparative folktale study as supplement. This paper focuses on the relationship between several stories in Six Paramitas Sutra and some ancient folk tales of China and Korea to find out the route of receiving Six Paramitas Sutra by Chinese and Korean folk tales, and also discusses the trace of development of Buddhism Stories in China and Korea to reveal the relationship among Chinese, Indian and Korean ancient literature.While Six Paramitas Sutra was spread to China and Korea; it was gradually merged with local culture and became a part of Chinese and Korean culture. Because of the different age, environment, culture and national psychology, the development process of Six Paramitas Sutra reflected different national culture. Correct recognition of the development of folk literature and the rules of evolvement offers a positive meaning to explain special cultural connotation and cultural value.
