The Third Generation Poetry Under The View Of New Historism

Born in the 80's intermediate of 20th century, the third generation poetry experienced after the age of the hustle and bustle, irresistibly in the early 90s came to a close. As "misty poetry" after the poetry wave of young experimental, the third generation poetry have made great achievements in creative methods, aesthetic concepts, language consciousness and awareness of the life and self-realization and other levels, but the state of reseach on the third generation poetry, most still rest on the level of nature of the Ideological trend, techniques, aesthetics and cultural research, lacking the historical level of system reflection. In this paper, we primary employ the methods and principles of New Historicism, and combine some of the theories and methods of structuralism, deconstruction and postmodernism to re-examine the historical consciousness,writing strategies and some important theoretical proposition of the third generation poetry, which provides Illuminating of the history light for the research of the thrid generation poetry.The full text can be divided into five parts:The first part is an "Introduction". It clears up the indissoluble bond carding between the history and the poetry, analyses internal consistency between the poetry and the historigraphy writing, and explain the deep momentum of selecting New Historicism to conduct the third generation of poetry research.The second part observes the named and the present situation of the research on the third generation poetry, defines the research scope of it, explores the difficulty of named and briefly states the present situation of the research on the third generation poetry.The third part mainly studies the relationship between poetry and history, and explored the nature of relationship between history and poetry from the view of history on New Historicism, considering that it has the factors of poetry in the history, and it has the existence the factors of a historical document in the poety, and there is a conclusion that history is the history of poetic, poetry is the poetry of the historical.The fourth part, under the view of New Historicism, analyses the third generation poetry in four aspects on a case-study approach. First of all, it discusses the concept of poetry and awareness of history in the third generation poetry form the view of the textuality of the histories and the historicity of the textes; Secondly, it explaines the collge landscape of the historical picture in the third generation poetry; Thirdly, it analyses the Carnival of language and acts in the third generation poetry; At last, the strategy of writing the edge of the ideological was explained in the third generation poetry.The last part, as a "Conclusion", conducted beyond and limitations to the third generation poetry for objective and fair evaluation of value, considering that the destruction is more than building of the third generation poetry, but in general it has played a tremendous role in promoting the development and transformation of the contemporary poetry of the China. To some extent, employing New Historicism theory to study the third generation poetry has broadened the scope of the research about poetry and history, and provided a reference to the writing of the history of poetry.
