A Study Of Tan Xian 's Poetics

Tan Xian(1832-1901), whose nickname is ZhongXiu and the alias is FuTang,Was born in RenHe of ZheJiang province.(now HangZhou) The sixth years TongZhi(1867), he became a JvRen. After that, he Walk into official career and became the successive local magistrate of a county in the next ten years. Being old age,he gave lectures in the past two years of HuBei province. He is the most important theorists in the group of Ci in ChangZhou in the Qing dynasty and the figure of key, who made the traditional Ci into the modern Ci.This paper mainly take the poetic concept of Tan Xian as the research object,aiming to explore his poetry theory and criticism principle and method, to point out his value and significance of Poetry theory on the development of poetic history. The paper take TanXian’s life to comment his Poetry theory and a more detailed investigation of Tan Xian life, also take the induction which is on the basis of the integration Tan Xian’s poetic literature,to summarize its poetic,analyze its poetic connotation, and point out its value of poetic. Therefore, this article is divided into two parts:The first part is talking about his life on activities and poetics. Firstly, the three big turn of his life should be highlighted: dean state of change, the career path and career of teaching. The three great turning, sufficiently clarify the change of Tan Xian’s style and ideology. Then detailed textual research the poet friends of TanXian’s in ZheJiang, Shanghai, the capital, FuJian, AnHui and HuBei.
