| In the Mongolia-Yuan Dynasty, there were the Mongolia, the Khitan, Jurchen, Han and other ethnic groups living together in the Northern China. So these different ethic groups had to communicate with each others for exchanging ideas. Therefore, it needs to figure out the other ethic groups'language characteristics, in order to study the specific phenomenon of a language in a period of time.In this paper, author conducts in-depth study, trying to explore the influence of the Mongolian verb's imperative-optative mood on the Chinese expression. It's mainly based on previous research results, used the "Mongolian stylish translation" materials-an unique Chinese in the Mongolia-Yuan dynasty.First, analyzes that using which word and how to translate the Mongolian verb's imperative-optative mood in the Mongolian stylish translation. Second, takes the 14th century as a cutoff point, discussed how the imperative-optative mood's been expressed in the previous time of Chinese words, than compared with the Mongolian stylish translation forms, so that found out the original usage of those words. Finally, mainly inspected those words' later development and evolution, through analyzing the imparetive-optative mood in Chinese expression after the 14th century. |
