The Study On The Ancient Human Jade

Chinese jade has a long history,and it plays an very important role in Chinese ancient cultural history,techonlogy history and art history. During the seven or eight thousand years'course of development,because of the change of dynasty and social system, the jade has been affected by different society and culture. The thesis studies the human jade, which is less studied in the field of jade,on molding feature, the evolvement of type,functional use and cultural property,and it clearly shows the trace of development and deep-undersanding about cultural connotation.The author divides the ancient human jade into three types and figures,and divides this paper into five parts for specific research in time-sequence. Through the study, the author analyzes that:In Neolithic period,the spiritual content of religion was the main cultural property of human jade, and Hongshan Culture,Lingjiatan Culture, Shijiahe Culture were in the different stages of religion;In Shang and Zhou Dynasty,the social estate system and worship culture mainly reflected the cultrural property of human jade; In Han and Tang Dynasty, the human jade gradually got rid of religion and the concept of witchcraft, it showed the completely different spiritual and cultural meaning under the influence of the rational religion,such as Taoism and Buddhism;From Song Dynasty to Qing Dynasty, the human jade returned to innocence, because the theme of human jade was more lively,it goes to the stage of secular life stage.Though this paper,the author surveyed the ancient of human jade in the whole history.And in it,the author uses a quantity of archaeological evidences and applies different researching methods including archaeology, typology,art and aesthetics.Though the analysis of the type evolvement and culture contents, the author studies the molding style and culture feature in the field of entire vision elaboration and on which the value of this paper lays.
