Studies On The Features Of Complex Situation Of East-Inner Mongolia At The Beginning Of The Establishment Of Republic Of China

This thesis introduces in detail the situation of East-Inner Mongolia at the beginning of the establishment of Republic of China. It reviewed the changes from Qing dynasty to the establishment of Republic of China, including the activities of East-Inner Mongolia Nobilities, measurement that used to consolidate the governance of Yuan Shikai, the establishment of political system named "Jaske". The paper divides into four parts.The chapter one introduces the situation of East-Inner Mongolia after the signing of Boxer Indemnity, including the effect of New Policy of Qing dynasty on East-Inner Mongolia, the situation of East-Inner Mongolia in Russia-Japanese War, the impact of 1911 Revolution on East-Inner Mongolia nobilities.The chapter two systematically introduced the activities of East-Inner Mongolia after 1911 Rcvolution. Firstly, the collapse of Qing dynasty indicates the termination of subordinate relationship between the dynasty and East-Inner Mongolia. Therefore, the partial nobilities that headed by Gungsangnorbu developed Independence Movement to gain the assistance of Japan. This thesis reviews the whole failure of munitions transmission of Japanese government which aims at improving the breaking out of the Independence Movement of Manchus and Mongolian. On the other side, chief Gonchuksurung went to Mongolia and served as vice-president of Government of Bogda khan without getting assistance of Japan. However, chief Namjilsereng who had good relationship with Qing government desired to realize the restoration of Qing.The Chapter three mainly discussed the Dependence Movement and the establishment of system of Jaske. Based on the introduction, this chapter displaced the whole process of suppressing of Yuan government on Independence of Wutai. A series of policies have been issued, like Treatment of Mongolia, the first opening of Mongolia Nobilities'Meeting marks the dominance of Yuan government. Influenced by the Mongolian government, most of nobilities of Juun Jarut Banner tend to get rid of the domination of Yuan government. However, owing to the threat of Yuan government, only two banners successfully established the system of Jaske.The conclusion explain the reason for the complex situation of East Mongolian at the beginning of the establishment of Republic of China, the nobility aims at protecting the interests of individuality and their nation so as to the ad vocation of bogdkan. This chapter deals with the reasons for breaking out of 1911 Revolution, which aims at protecting the national and individual profit. Furthermore, there is personal motivation for the establishment of system of Jaske.
