With development of society and boost of educational reform, more and more problems has arisen in class teaching management. This dissertation combines class teaching management with specific class teaching model to make class teaching management research more detailed and practical. There are two main objectives in this dissertation: to enrich the theories of class teaching management and instruct specific class teaching practice by the research on class teaching management in constructivist class teaching model; to promote the successful completion of settled teaching objectives and enhance class teaching efficiency by proposing a series of tactics in class teaching management.This dissertation mainly applies two research methods. One is the method of literature, another is the method of comparative study. Literature method: on the base of collecting large amounts of data, this dissertation draws the results of previous studies to research middle school class teaching management; comparative study: comparative analysis and integration have been made between constructivist teaching model and traditional teaching model in class management.This dissertation mainly contains:Part one is an introduction, which introduces the background, the aim, the significance, the innovation and the methods of this dissertation. Studies about class teaching management are summarized and analysed, then related concepts are defined.Part two is the analysis of problems of class teaching management in traditional class teaching model: the ignorance of students' play in class teaching management, the dead organizing form, the dominating atmosphere and the dull evaluate system.Part three analyzes the problems in class teaching management in constructivist class teaching model: prone to disciplinary problems, easy to weaken the role of teachers in management, easy to make teaching objectives fuzzy, and then assimilates the advantages of traditional class teaching model: the positive role of teachers, the advantages of unified evaluation.Part four proposes strategies of class teaching management in constructivist class teaching model, they are the principles of constructivist class management, the design of class management, the strategies in dynamic class management and the improvement of teachers' ability.Part five puts forward deficiencies of this dissertation and outlook in class teaching management.
