The congenital innate mind is happiest, but the mind of the day after tomorrow which is polluted by the common custom is that the people should get rid, it has hindered the will of the people normal development, caused the human to lose absolutely free, could not associate world spirit mutually. Chuangtse advocated that it could cultivate the spiritual transcendence of"Seeing the Solitary","the free travel of mind","the Lingtai heart"through the way of"sitting in meditation and becoming unaware of this world","The fasting of the mind", and so on, so that one could get to the ideal realm, thus it caused the human to become one perfectly to have the self-independent absolutely free person.At the same time, for the body and mind, Chuangtse believed that they were derived from the Tao in the individual life, he considerd raising the mind more important than raising the body, and raising the mind was useful to the body.
