Cultural relic management authorities took measures including firm resolution to preserve the heritage site body, thorough exploration of relic value, positive enlargement of the relic's influence on the society, and so on, to make the government fully recognize the importance of Jinsha Site. Adopting the general idea that "the government funds and provides land for the museum construction, while the museum drives the real estate appreciation around and promotes the city's cultural connotation as return", the cultural relic authorities guided the municipal government, the State Administration of Cultural Heritage, investors, the public and other benefit correlations to make choices in the game, and eventually a full cooperation to this museum construction was reached. In the following years, through a series of measures and activities such as the state leaders'inspect Jinsha Site, the construction of Jinsha Site Museum, the recognition of "Sun and Immortal Bird" as Chinese cultural heritage symbol, the live broadcast of Jinsha unearthing on Chinese Cultural Heritage Day, Sichuan embroidery "Sun and Immortal Bird" on Shenzhou Spacecraft VI into space, the launch of Jinsha music drama, the exhibition of "Jinsha Solar Festival", and the sponsor of "Chengdu International Intangible Cultural Heritage Festival", "Jinsha Model" has largely advanced the city's historical essence and cultural connotation, the real estate development and urban construction around promoted, the cultural industry market activated, the cultural life expected from the public satisfied, and the public awareness of cultural heritage preservation strengthened; thus, a harmonious win-win situation was achieved. The cultural relic authorities as well reached the ultimate goals in the game:to maximize the preservation work of Jinsha Site, to attract sufficient funds and provide a broad platform for heritage preservation, researches, and exhibition work, so as to make "Jinsha Model" successful experience in the history of Chinese cultural heritage preservation.
