Blend Of Tradiational Arts

Chinese traditional musical instrument Erhu and the traditional painting are unique folk arts that they took shapes in thousands of independent self-preservation culture systems of China. As two separate categories of traditional Chinese art, Erhu and painting have their own laws, while they rooted in the common spiritual original.They are the accumulated products of Chinese traditional culture and history, they are agree with each other inwardly in cultural spirit, artistic creation sense and aesthetic qualities because of common nationality.In this paper, a blend of traditional arts as a starting point, exploring the common character between Erhu and traditional Chinese painting arts.Firstly, starting with the common features,explored their artistic vision merge under the influence of traditional culture background. Respectively started from the influence of "neutral"ideology, the highest standards of arts harmony;genuine music is hardly audible and true image is nearly invisible;be the acme of perfection.Secondly, the paper explores the common features on the two arts in aesthetics,that they both pursue the expression of mood.In this chapter, first introduce the origin and meaning of mood aesthetic,then separately expound the generation and expression of mood aesthetics in Erhu art and traditional Chinese painting, and discuss in combination with a specific analysis of Erhu music and traditional Chinese painting works. Finally, it is the major point in my opinion, starting from the microscopic point of view, remark on the specific artistic expression ways of Erhu and the traditional Chinese painting, such as discussions on lines,rhythm, color, and the use of space. Integrate with some specific woks to demonstrate the existence of these common means of artistic expression is reasonable.For example, they are all have the pursuit of rhythm,color, intensity. They are all focus on contrasts and changes of actual situation, moving and steady, rigid and gentle. The traditional Chinese painting in pursuit of the blank beauty makes the whole picture vivid. The free rubato music and CLS of Erhu art works will also be the subject of the artist free play to the limits, and so on.
