Development of social history leads researchers to turn to study a variety of groups and lower classes, which make historical researchers pay more attention to human-beings. In recent decades, scholars studied and discussed a lot about religions, and religious studies began to flourish. As a result of it, relevant studies of religious associations and folk religions also received a lot of development and in-depth.As a study of religious organizations, this article bases on the impact of the different forces in the historical process in the Republic of China (1912-1937), trying to evolve from the perspective of society as a whole, and give my own interpretation of the history of Daomen in the Republic of China. At the same time, I try to reverse back a new recognition of politics, society and ideological culture in the Republic of China. We can see from the previous discussion of the text that the Beijing Government and the Nanjing Government have a lot of differences and similarities. In the Beijing Government Period, civil societies and the private membership were very active, which on one hand benefited from official recognition. On the one hand, it was caused by fragmentation and confusion of the Beijing Government. All political forces were struggling for power, there was no spare capacity for the strengthening of social control. Because of the vacuum created by political power contesting, government services, protection and control were almost stagnant, and the Beijing Government Period became the golden age for group development. After KMT came to power, the nation came into the unified state of peace and stability. So the KMT's ambition to strengthen social control began to expand. Wth the central government gradually building up and releasing the power, spaces for social groups to survive and develop were compressed step by step. In the matter of ideology and culture, led by the trend of modern thoughts, the anti-religious and anti-superstition tide started to rise in the early Republic of China. In order to rebuild the national modernization and to achieve governance training program, the Nanjing Government led a series of social movements in the period of Nanjing National Government. After the completion of social reform movements, the social environment for Daomen to survive was gradually destroyed.
