This article set about analyzing the distinctive and rebel image of women in Jeren Lee's novel, to summarize their original stir for love of freedom and pursuit of material comfort in bold, to interpret the cultural significance of these women revolt against the traditional relationship of mother-and daughter, and husband and wife in family, to analysis the reason of their compromise when they face with dilemma from social reality. And point out the women's life course of participation in social job, seeking the emancipation and independence.
