The Study On The Wenli On The Second To Fifth Period Of Inscriptions On Bones Or Tortoise Shells In Yinxu

The thesis is a special study WenLi that is about the content and arrangment on the second to fifth period of inscriptions on bones or tortoise shells. The study approach by historic stages is good new thinking for the research. The thesis totally is eight chapters. The chapter one is the types of inscriptions on bones or tortoise shells and the statistical analysis of the types of inscriptions about the whole bones. The chapter two, three four and five mainly focus on several types inscriptions, including Repeated-Inscriptions,Symmetry-Inscriptions,Elective-inscriptions and Compensated inscriptions, which are the higher proportion of inscriptions. Among The chapter two to four, we analyze the type of Repeated-inscriptions, the type of Symmetry-Inscriptions and the type of Elective-inscriptions and the statistical analysis of the types of inscriptions on the second to fifth period of inscriptions on bones. The chapter six study on multi-times-inscriptions, including Three-times-inscriptions, Triangle-relationship-inscriptions, Four-times-inscriptions, Four-relationship- inscriptions and multi-times inscriptions. The chapter seven study on oracle inscription examples on the second to fifth period of inscriptions on bones or tortoise shells, what is more,it gives each case an example to analyse with.,thoroughly. The chapter eight is the applied study on the former achievements in Wenli. From this overall analysis, it is possible to correct mistaken carvings and mistaken readings of previous scholars.
