The Study In Elements And Structure In Hollywood Animation

From the perspective of the basic concept of the animation, the thesis discusses the respective characteristics of Hollywood animations and its different stages of the development, that is, the Exploring Stage, the Developing Stage and the Grown Stage. While taking some of them as study cases, the thesis will lay out the primary reasons for the success and summarize the characteristics of Hollywood animations in structural designs and constitute elements aiming to recover our deviation in animation production.Based on the study in script, Role modeling and sound design, using approaches to mass communication, the statistics and the case studies, the thesis obtains the respective characteristics in constitute elements of Hollywood animations in today's multinational age Meanwhile, in order to sum up characteristics in structural designs, through Mu Lan and Kung Fu Panda, the thesis analyzes the scene design and plot design. Moreover, the thesis attempts to find out the successful reasons for Hollywood animations and raises the inspirations for Chinese animation industry from the perspective of personnel training, industry chain building and international cooperation.The study tries to find out formula in Hollywood animations production and business operation models. About 70%material of the study comes from reliable resources abroad.The quantitative and qualitative methods on the bases of 100 corpus about Hollywood animation products are also innovative.
