Into the 21st century, accompanied by the further development of globalization, the exchange of information between people in different cultures is more frequently, visual means have continued to increase up to, and people's lives more and more wide-ranging implications. Towords the efficiency of people's access to information there are always new demands.Nowaday, "picture" is one of the means by which people's feelings are created and conveyed---and perhaps never before has it served so much to guide their behaviours, so we seem to enter the so-called " the Picture-Reading Times". This paper studies the cultural background, painting and easel painting, interpretation method, and cultural component factors analysis point of view, So-called " the Picture-Reading Times " concept whether it is a popular word or a old words; How we should understand the traditional resources; in this " the Picture-Reading Times " the "picture" - painting, particularly the easel, whether it is a powerful conditions, or a breakage ; What meaning Easel paintings of contemporary carry our real-life , such as these issues is explored. Except Introduction and Epilogue, the contents of this paper is divided into four chapters (chapter2\3\4\5), the first two chapters (chapter2\3) is the basic research and the latter two chapters (chapter 4\5) is the specific analysis. From interpret picture , culture, history, practices and social aspects of the central theme - " The Easel Painting in the Picture-Reading Times" to "poke a cocoon-style" discussion. To enlighten people to interpret picture and to show a gluttonous pursuit of information on the "picture" - painting and easel painting is even more likely to cause injury to the"picture"itself; easel painting can bring real-life aesthetic experience that can be a balance of our real-life and so on .I put these major views and to be addressed in detail.
