Remolding Hero Figures At The Perspective Of Restoring To The Original State Of Humanity

The documentaries about hero figure are mainstream ideology for the purpose of educating the people at the early stage of the development of Chinese documentaries. The hero figures are always perfect and unreal. As the diversification of television program, the audience have many choices. So how to move the audience is become one of matters of concern when we are developing the documentaries about hero figure. This thesis researches the theoretical source of the transformation of perfect figures into real ones based on visual anthropology, theory rooted in film image, and audience psychology. This thesis analyzes the characteristic and the background of hero figures in documentaries. The author proposes to remold hero figures by planning, shooting, post production and broadcasting at the perspective of restoring to the original state of humanity which includes contemporary perspective, humanity perspective, and external perspective. Then the author uses comparative analysis to find the difference of creation and background between traditional hero figure and the hero figure at the perspective of restoring to the original state of humanity, which can provide us a referable case to understand remold hero figures at the perspective of restoring to the original state of humanity. At last, the thesis concludes the thought of remold hero figures at the perspective of restoring to the original state of humanity.
