Do Research Into Art Education In Engineering Colleges

this paper talks about the roles and status of art education in engineering colleges.It studies the status of arts education in Engineering Colleges and makes some analyses of problems; It goes into the potential resources and the favorable situation of arts education. It comes up with countermeasures to implement art education in engineering colleges;In this paper,I make ten suggestions:change the conceptions and thoughts in the education,and fully understand the strategic significance of arts education;establish a scientific management system of arts education; build teams of mature professional arts education teachers; optimize the content of the education,enrich the means of the education;establish a scientific evaluation system for arts education programs; set up excellent arts education programs;strengthen the construction of hardware facilities;create a favorable environment for arts education;make a full integration of a variety of arts education resources;emphasize traditional forms of art education and its heritage.And four ways:l,take advantage of the central role in the main classes to provide students professional knowledge of the arts.2,strengthen the building of student societies,and make full use of their educational functions of art education;3,step up publicity in position-building, fully implement the publicity of art education;4,Organize high-quality lectures in campus to enrich the content of arts education.
