The study on the important role that art plays in the construction of a new system of ethics is based on the deconstruction of the old value in contemporary society, and the gradual construction of the new one. The paper, based on related material, explores the function of art that works on the construction of the system of ethics by virtue of Prigogine's dissipative theory, together with the theory of Synergetics. Values is important for the system of ethics, and ethics promotes social order, values change with the innovation of society, with the old one replaced by the new one. Art is extremely sensitive due to its simulating tendency, therefore, art always plays the revolutionary role in deconstructing the old values, meanwhile, be one part of the new one. Art, to society, is the nonlinear factor of the dissipative structure, and closely associated with the fate of society, with manifestation in time of change.
