Abstract China educators try to change the education for the sake of building a more effective system, which could service for and benefit for the society and the public. The reformers start on the soul of education, to explore for a best combination of"teaching"and"fosterage". The new round basic education reform is the case; it focuses on a subject of what kind of teaching is the best way to foster excellent people. As we all know, education is a multi-faceted teaching approach which needs to convey the information and go deep into the students, only"by heart"could reach this ultimate goal. Thus, the way of"by heart"must be the future trend. For one thing, a rising trend of China students'psychological problems bring pressure to bear on every one whom inside the field of education, it is great duty for them to prevent this trend which also give a new challenge to the educational development. For another, the concept of curriculum integration needs an implementation platform.With the development of scientific research, more and more literature expresses the multi-value of music education and its maintain manifold links with life and society. At present, when we sponsor a music education revolution which focuses on a new music educational function, that is using music classes to benefit for the metal development of students, it is insignificant for us to put our eye on integration with music curriculum and other curriculum field. The article despaired from a advantages of music genius, that is music can express feeling and emotion more easier than other ways, supported by the abundant psychological course resources inside the music curriculum, then begin a study both in theory and practice.This article divided into six parts. The first part describe the present condition and problems in school music course when they extend their psychological education development by author's visiting and investigation in small scope .The second explains possibility of fulfilling psychological education permeated in music course by provide reasonable theory description in Pedagogy,Psychology,Aesthetics of music and philosophy. The third part will start a new vision by analyzing how music elements benefit the students'metal health. In the forth part, the author will recommend some outstanding music–psychological courses which derived from practice study in Wuxi's primary schools and middle schools, make explanation and give comments. Part five focus on a overall concept design for the system of music- psychological course .The last part will make discussion of this study and provide solution for the problems and difficulties.
