The Rearch On Two-syllable Structures In Hanfeizi

The thesis is divided into seven totally .Chapter one is introduction . In chapter two the author discusses the judgment of the two-syllable structure in Hanfeizi .In chapter three ,the author carry on a exhaustive statistic to all types of two-syllable structure and analyze some of those .Chapter four is the relation between word order and the pronunciation of the coordinate two-syllable structures .In chapter five the author illustrate the relation between word order and the meaning of morpheme in the coordinate two-syllable structures .In chapter six the author present the structure that have same morphemes but opposite order .Chapter seven is a conclusion.Main conclusions are the following:One, two-syllable structure refers to the language fragment which consists of two syllables but has a relatively complete expression of the meaning.In this paper,the objects of study includes: simple two-syllable words, two-syllable compound words hat have taken place on the meaning,structures like words,person names,place names, titles and the numeral is not the scope of the study.Second, all the double-syllable structures of Hanfeizi,are divided into simplex words,corrdinate,partial,subject-verb,verb-object,supplemental,syllable-repeated,affixation.First there is a statistics to the number and proportion of every type,then the author analyzes them from part of speech and semantic two aspects,founds out that the quantity and the modes of structure of coordinate and partial tye are much advanced than other types.Various forms two-syllable structures have nouns,verbs,adjectives three part of speech,and in every kind two-syllable structures of established forms and part of speech,part of speech and modes of structure of two morphemes is various.In coordinate structures the meanings of two morphemes shows three relations:synonymous,antisense,relevant.Third,the author carries out an exhaustive study on the word order of coordinate two-sylllable structures from the perspective of phonetics ,finds out that there is close relation between word order of coordinate disyllabic constructions and their pronunciations.In 1,372 pieces of coordinate two-syllable structures the same tune 383,accounting for 28 percent, the positive order is 713, accounting for 52 percent,the two types which are not inconsistent with the rules of order accounts for 80 percent, a reverse order of 276, accounting for 20 percent.In383 pieces same-intonation structures,In terms of the initial consonant,the first voiceless then voiced accounts for 37 percent,the first voiced then voiceless 14 percent, the former is 2.64 times the latter. To see that intonation and voicing of initial consonant are the most important phonetic factors influencing word sequence.Forth,the author discusses the relations between word order of coordinate two-syllable structures and the meaning of every morphemes,mainly includes:first the older then the younger,first the male then the female,first the higher then the lower,first respectable then the humble,first the better then the bad.Fifth ,the author presents all the coordinate two-syllable structures in which two pieces consists of same morphemes but opposite order.Some of these are of same intonation,some different ,in terms of reverse order structures in latter , Some is due to rhyme or caused by corresponding with the context.
