Objective: To investigate the influential factor related to test anxiety of teenagers, and try to find out the paths to test anxiety.Methods: 647 (secondary school students) teenagers were assessed with Test Anxiety Scale(TAS), Achievement Motivation Scale (AMS), Coping Style Scale for Secondary School Students(CSS), Eysenck Perso- nality Questionnaire (EPQ), Egma Minnen av Bardndosnauppforrestran (EMBU) and Family Environment Scale-Chinese Version (FES-CV). Pear- son correlation, regression and multiple regression were used to analyze the relationship among the influential factors.Results: The difference of test anxiety scores of boys and girls was not significant; test anxiety-related factors include: Psychoticism personality and Neurotic personality(r1-2=0.249, 0.537; P1-2<0.030); competitive motivation and achievement motivation(r1-2=0.214, 0.135; P1-2 <0.002), problem-solving, rationalization, patience, avoidance, abreaction, denied and fantasy, point to emotional in the coping style scale(r1-7=-0.121, -0.134, 0.254, 0.216, 0.308, 0.472, 0.492; P1-7<0.003); cohesion, contradictory, intellectual-cultural orientation, active-recreational orientation, expressive- ness, organizational in the family environment scale(r1-6=-0.178, 0.168, -0.215, -0.221, -0.101, -0.298; P1-6<0.023); father's warmness and under- standing, father's punishment strictness, father's over interference, father's refusal and deny, father's over protection, mother's warmness and under- standing, mother's punishment strictnessrs, mother's over interference, mother's refusal and deny in the parental rearing patterns scale(r1-8=-0.136, 0.282, 0.102, 0.238, 0.185, -0.168, 0.273, 0.233, 0.301; P1-8<0.022). Related factors of test anxiety for girls than boys, these factors include achievement motivation, problem-solving, seeking help, contradictory, intellectual-cultural orientation, active-recreational orientation, religion, father's over interference, mother's warmness and understanding(r1-9=0.148, -0.113, 0.125, -0.281, 0.172, 0.290, -0.283, 0.150, 0.167; P1-9<0.05); Neurotic personality, emotional coping style, negative parental rearing style are the direct exposure factors of test anxiety, psychoticism personality through emotional coping style response generated to promote the role of test anxiety, separately, cohesion and expressiveness through neurotic personality and psychoticism personality play a role to test anxiety, neurotic personality through emotional coping style make indirect effects on test anxiety.Conclusion: Test anxiety is affected by personality, achievement motivation, coping style, family environment and parental rearing patterns by different methods and ways directly or indirectly.
