The Study On The Political Power Space Of The Committee Of The Northeast Government Administration

This thesis mainly studies on the political power space of the Committee of the Northeast Government Administration (CNGA). It is not static, but dynamic because of the influence of several elements. And its dynamic movement includes two aspects: the transversely local-local change and the longitudinally local-central change. There are two reasons for explaining the dynamic movement: one is Fengxi's strength, and another is the changes of the political power spaces of other political groups that have an important influence on the political power space of CNGA.This thesis is composed of four parts.The first part: The interior structure and the operation mechanism of CNGA. CNGA, which has gigantic organizations, and which has a organizational system with the democratic and dictatorial characteristic at the same time, is the most powerful administration department in the Northeast.The second part: The location and the dynamic equilibrium of the political power space of CNGA.From Jan. 1929 to Sep. 1930, the political power scope of CNGA begins to form and locate, and reaches the dynamic equilibrium.The third part: The expansion of the political power space of CNGA. From Sep. 1930 to Sep. 1931, the political power space of CNGA begins to extend and expand, and reaches the peak.The forth part: The end of the political power space of CNGA.From Sep. 1931 to Jan. 1932, the political power space of CNGA begins to reduce and end at last, because of the invasion of Japan.
