Leibniz's Monadology And Its Significance

The concept of Substance is the important concept in the Western philosophy, from Aristotle, many philosophers have its own understanding on the notion of Substance, because different understanding of the concept of Substance, creating different philosophical systems, therefore, how to understanding the concept of Substance has become the key to understand the profound philosophy.In the philosophy of Leibniz, he calls Substance as "Monad", this "Monad" is the continuation of previous the concept of Substance,but Monad has been different from the concept of Substance at the time, Monad is seen as transformation and development about Substance at that time.
