Study On Development Difficulties And Path Selection Of Comprehensive Cultural Stations Of Township

Since the beginning of the reform and opening-up in 1978, the comprehensive cultural stations of township have played an important role in promoting the development of rural culture and meeting the cultural needs of the peasant masses. However, with the deepening of reform and opening-up, as well as the establishment of market economic system, comprehensive cultural stations of township have been strongly impacted by the rapid development of the private culture. Therefore rural public culture positions are sharply shrinking and comprehensive cultural stations of township gradually get into the development difficulties. The purpose of this article is to discuss development difficulties and propose path choice of comprehensive cultural stations of township,This article includes six parts in total. The first part recommends mainly the topics of the reason, the current research about comprehensive cultural stations of township, the basic ideas and innovation of the thesis, and the related theories and concepts. The second part of the article explores the necessity of speeding up the construction of comprehensive cultural stations of township from time and cultural background. The third part of the thesis shows the new functions of comprehensive cultural stations of township under the framework of public cultural services theory. The forth part of the article analyzes the construction situation of comprehensive cultural stations of township from 2004 to 2007 through data, and thus summarizes the current development difficulties from six areas. The fifth part adopts an empirical approach to analyze the development status, reform backgrounds and patterns of the comprehensive cultural stations of township in Hubei province. Meanwhile, the author gives a brief assessment to the new mechanism of "raising items by money". In the end of the article, the author proposes some paths and strategies of enhancing the town station's role in public cultural service system for the above analysis. That is, to determine the objectives and principles, to break the three major problems, and to build a long - effective security mechanism for cultural station's development in township.
