Liu Siqian and Dai Jinhua, as two generations of critics, they were born respectively in the thirties and fifties of the 20th century , and they take part in some activities in Henan and Beijing respectively. They played a lead role in the feminist criticism in their different times, Along the path of their criticism, we can get a glimpse of the developing track about feminist criticism. The thesis is divided into three parts to generalize and compare feminist criticism. The first chapter is mainly to show the different acception and practice of theory, so that we can see the different views and reasons of their feminism, women's literature and "Sisterhood", and give the views of the author.The second chapter approach from their different attitudes to gender relations and the guiding line, showing the different paths of feminist criticism about them, particularly revealing the process of criticism about Liu Siqian's thought of female humanist, Dai Jinhua's subvertion and deconstruction. The third chapter is to analyze and compare their masterpiece of feminist criticism that have great influence ,demonstrate the value of two books——Nora, a statement said, the history of the surface appeared. In the conclusion of thesis , I pay great attention to the current situation about feminist criticism and arrange the process of the local feminist criticism briefly. Liu Siqian and Dai Jinhua are the more successful female critics in contemporary literary criticism, although they were concerned widely by critical circles, their feminist criticism had no systematically comparative study. This article attempts to study and compare them systematically, and demonstrate the value of their criticism and their similarities and differences.
