Research On Construction Of The Base Area Of Northern Manchuria Built By The Chinese Communist During The War Of Liberation

The base area of Northern Manchuria is the biggest and strongest base area which is established by the Communist Party of China in the northeast during the war of liberation.The importance of Northern Manchuria in political,economic,military decides that the base area of Northern Manchuria is the rear base and basic rest point.The development of construction in Northern Manchuria supported the front battle in military,meanwhile,matched the work of construction in other bases of Northeast which became the vital assurance for the Communist Party of China to fight for liberation of Northeast.After the anti-Japanese War,Kuomintang took civil war in order to seize the victory fruit, firstly rob the northeast with the strongly military help of the States.The Chinese Communist Party,in line with public opinion to take a tit-for-tat struggle against Kuomintang.The troop entered the northeast,came to hard rural areas to start the creation of the base.In extremely difficult condition,the CCP mobilize and rely on the masses to finish the suppressing the bandits and land reforms,develop the production of security for the need of war,mobilize the people to stand up to join the army and the war,supporting the front,which not only support the front of war but also make the stronger rear of construction.The work of construction obtains good results and precious experience,which makes a huge contribution to the victory of liberation war in northeast and the whole country.The article intends to study the possibility and necessary to make up the base area of Northern Manchuria firstly,elaborate the strategic intention and advantages.Secondly,the article elaborates the contents of construction of the base area of northern Manchuria from the start-up,consolidation,development and summed up the basic experiences of the construction.Lastly,the function of construction is introduced in two aspects,one is the benefit for the war of liberation in Northeast,the other is the influence of development of Northeast in the future.The article will response the history of construction of the base area of Northern Manchuria and discuss its evaluation objectively.
