Research For The Specific "Non-determinacy" Of Chinese Painting Art

Chinese painting art delivers special oriental characteristics. The 'oriental feature' or so called 'Chinese feature' is totally different from western art. Compared with the 'real description' of western art, Chinese art pays more and special attention to the 'unreal description'. Furthermore, unreal description has been used in Chinese art for managing the real part of the art, which means, describing and delivering the spirit by subjective experience one had in his mind. This way of description seems quite complicated, however, it indeed has system and method which to be follow. In the whole Chinese painting art, even the Chinese art world, the 'unreal description' which represents 'non-determinacy' of Chinese art expression has been showing as a specification everywhere.In order to clarify the 'non-determinacy' characteristic, this thesis analyzes every aspects of Chinese painting art, by referring the literature, architecture, sculpture, and music etc. of Chinese beaux-art. The author focuses the essence on visual perception, and demonstrates the discussion by real examples of pictures and graphs. As clarifying the spirit and visual aspects of traditional Chinese painting art, the author concludes the common 'non-determinacy' characteristic, and last but not least, shows the existence of this characteristic. Grasp of existing regular pattern to simplify complex logic, the "line" to understand the logic of the Chinese arts, in comparison to re-recognize the typical characteristics of Chinese painting.The thesis consists of four chapters. Chapter One describes the formation of 'non-determinacy' characteristic. Chapter Two shows the reflection of 'non-determinacy' characteristic in certain art. Chapter Three analyzes the features of 'non-determinacy' characteristic. The last chapter represents the real-life purpose of 'unreal' characteristic. The chapters mean to firstly pop up special features, and then compare the Chinese with Western features, meanwhile try to manage to find out the matching point for each other.In contrast to Western art and integration of this problem, researchers have always been hot. Over time the development of the new art form constantly, this research also has been extended indefinitely, as in the development of history, history books will be recorded continuously.The differences and strength and weakness of Chinese and Western art are analyzed by author so as to learn from both two, and the final conclusion could be drawn by finding out the way which manage the language art to be clear, distinctive, meanwhile pale-free.
