Doctor is a special profession, as people gradually improve health requirements, they demand the quality of Doctor more and more high. Medical students are faced with greater employment and occupational stress. In this study, We used medical students as research subjects , studied the social support, coping styles of medical students and the relationship between them.This study aims at providing a scientific basis for preventing the physical and psychological diseases of medical students; providing some theoretical basis and reference data for management models of education in medical college.465students in Medical College were randomly chosen as sample.Every class of students were investigated with coping style survey and social support evaluating list.Under the same direction,their answer sheet are taken back immediately after they finish answering the questions.Answer sheets to these lists were subsequently added up,analyzed and compared to anlayze their relationship.The results were added up and analyzed by using the SPSS13.0 statistic software.Conclusion:1. Many medical college students adopt a positive coping style, girls are likely to use the negative coping styles; many junior college students adopt positive coping style; the spirit professional students adopt the positive coping style.2. Social support of Medical colleges Students are good, the girls are likely to use Social support; the spirit professional students are higher in the subjective support and support using than clinical professional students.3. The level of Social support and problem-solving, help-seeking was positively correlated; The level of Social support self-blame, retreat was negatively correlated.
