In this article, the main content is how to promote music productions through visual ways to let it be well known and appreciated.As the improving of audiences'demands, those old ways of visual advocacy which are both simple and rough cannot be fit for the market any more. Now, wise audiences are asking for more. Therefore, construct a new way to satisfy them and improve their taste at the same time is important and urgent.This article is written for constructing the new way I mentioned above. It is combined with spread science, advertising, visual art, music analysis, etc. and it is also use the experience of art working to make this theory.In the first part, I introduced the definition and content of Promoting Music through Visual Ways at first which contained the information of posters, MV, multimedia advertisement, and so on. Then, I analyzed the reason why promoting music through visual way can be existed. In this part, I analyzed the relationship between vision and music through physics, biology, and psychology, and I also used the knowledge of spreading science to answer the questions why vision plus music can form a better way. Then, I introduced the normal way of how to achieve promoting music through visual way which contains how to design a visual theme and how to promote this theme. In the part of designing a visual them, I introduced the way through the knowledge of branding and the image of spreading. In the part of promoting the theme, I summarized the way through analyzing large number of examples. At last, I used an example to practice my theory, and introduced more knowledge and experiences of marketing.The feature of this article is large numbers of examples which let it can be well understood. I provided many pictures of my CD collections and exhibited their detail. In addition, some materials can be found in this article which cannot easily be found through internet including some foreign materials of marketing.The aim of this article is to help people working on visual music or musical vision, such as package area, music magazine, and music advertisement, etc.
