Deng Zhimo, an important author living in late Ming Dynasty, created plentiful works, among which are three Taoist novels: Tieshu Ji ,Zhouzao Ji, Fei-jian Ji that separately describe the leading characters Xuxun, Sa Shoujian and Lv Dongbin. They represent certain particularity in narrative operation and value orientation along with Deng's creative attitudes in a special period and life experiences .The writer of the present essay begins it with Deng's living experiences, compiling the characteristics of Deng himself as an author without further influence afterworld, his works as well as his values in research. Similar authors' creative attitudes and the status of their works are also discussed in it, which can be divided into three chapters to elucidate the present writer's viewpoints.Chapter one: Deng's life experiences, creative condition, his commercial awareness and religious attitude formed in the special period of late Ming Dynasty are discussed .The writer has compiled Deng's hard life experiences and discovered the influence of them to his works. At he same time, his heterogeneous religious attitude laid the value foundation of his Taoist novels. In addition, his life experiences late in Fujian made him have the role of a merchant and commercial awareness to some extent, which was also further infiltrated in his works. Chapter two: The narrative strategies of these three Taoist novels are discussed. In choosing materials, Deng had special thoughts and purposes, while his peculiarity of inadvertence also appeared in his creative attitude, which made him neglect the flexible skills in operating materials concretely, even copying and imitating others' works frequently. Thus established the position of his works of this kind. What's more, that also reflected the creative dilemma of such novelists contemporaneously.Chapter three: The idea of syncretism and Religion Secularization's influence to Deng Zhimo is discussed from the angle of value orientation. Confucian inveterate thinking of saving and helping the world was eliminated in late Ming Dynasty entirety. Accordingly Deng Zhimo was prejudiced in favour of the latter under the influence of syncretism and Religion Secularization, which was also because of his impious attitude towards religion. Meanwhile, the loom awareness of a businessman also greatly affected his Taoist novels.
