Since the three plane theory appeared. Linguist scholars have tried to explain the plenty of phenomenon in this theory."have+ NP"and"not have+ NP"exist a lot of similar forms, similar usage in the grammar structure causes many scholars to attempt with this theory to research. But research of elder mainly research characteristic about semantics, grammar, the language uses of single structure, there is a lack of relation of them. we investigate condition of"have+ NP"and"not have+ NP"in the present age of Chinese field with simultaneity point of view. We'll find that they have a lot of similarity with grammar and the language uses, but too many differences in the similarity .This article research their orderliness and explains rule whether symmetrical or not when they use, we are sure of it's helpful for grammar research.Under the guidance of the three plane theory, we have had a comprehensively, system's investigation and study to the use condition about has/not have +NP". Content include both the fruit of research's elder and not ever research field; analysis characteristic about semantics, grammar, the language uses of single word of"have","not have",and find communication characteristic of"have/not have+ NP", besides explore their similarity and discrepancy, under that explain whether they are balanced proportions. In this article, we'll combine depiction and explanation, theorization and practice, now and history, we'll research representative models from many language materials, find rules from language environment and interior mechanism of semantic development .We'll have a overall explanation with that"have+ NP"and"not have+ NP"whether they have a balanced proportions.
