China's modern aesthetic psychology ushered the first research wave in the 1920s and 1930s."Literary Psychology",published in 1936, not only was China's first systematic aesthetic psychology monograph, but also represented the highest level of aesthetic psychology research at that time, which showed that China's aesthetic psychology subject took preliminary shape."Literary Psychology", as one of the most respected Zhu Guangqian's works by scholars, fully demonstrated Zhu Guangqian's unique method of study and harvest of early aesthetic psychology research. Zhu Guangqian instructed the new western viewpoint and ways, selected the essence of them, combined with Chinese traditional aesthetic experience, as well as traditional practice experience in arts, proved between Chinese and western, formed his own three aesthetic theories, namely: aesthetic image intuition, aesthetic psychology distance, aesthetic identity between object and person. The article based on Zhu Guangqian's three aesthetic psychology theories, studied the western theories source of them in depth, showed the acceptance and transformation to western and Chinese aesthetic theories, as well as traditional understand and use in creation and appreciation of them, attempted to deepen the research in Zhu Guangqian's early aesthetic psychology creation. Firstly, Zhu Guangqian accepted and transformed Croce's"intuition", formed his own aesthetic intuition, which was used to explain theories of poetry. Secondly, Zhu Guangqian accepted and transformed Bullough's"Distance", formed his own aesthetic psychology distance, which was reflected in appreciation of tragedy. Thirdly, Zhu Guangqian merged Lipps'"Empathy"and Groos'"Inner Nachahumung", formed aesthetic identity between object and person, which was reflected both in appreciation of tragedy and discussion of poetry. Zhu Guangqian took practice of art appreciation and creation as subject in research, communicated western aesthetic and Chinese traditional aesthetic by deeply study, made a bridge that cross past and present, communicate Chinese and foreign, played an important role in China's modern aesthetic psychology.
