The Research On Xiong Shili Philosophical Poetics

Mr. Xiong Shili, the originator of China modern times new Confucianism,with his root in the essence of Chinese traditional culture,devoted his whole life in inheriting and developing traditional Confucian culture and made prominent contribution in the field of Chinese philosophy. Cordially but powerfully, Mr. Xiong Shilii's profound knowledge can always influence every reader deeply and make them meditate about themselves. This kind of knowledge is about spiritualism and poetics. With natural conscience as the foundation, Mr. Xiong Shilii's philosophy laid emphasis on universal life,which is also the prominent characteristic of Chinese poetics. Starting from the viewpoint of the relationship between poem and thoughts, this paper tries to find out the essence of Chinese poetics in Xiong Shili's philosophy. The noumenon of cosmic inventory is also the noumenon of poem,so the greatness of Chinese poetics based on Confucianism and Taoism depends on natural conscience. Mr. Xiong emphasized that"noumenon means cultivation". In his theories about cultivation, experience thinking and art thinking have something in common. This brings up the enjoyment sentiment from the self-satisfaction of the subject, which is the source of poetics spirit. The relationship between mind and substance is an important issue in Xiong Shili's philosophy, and also a crucial matter in the Chinese poetics. In the light of Mr. Xiong's interpretation,we can be enlightened a lot in the study of Chinese poetics.
