Through the history of changes in Thailand's Chinese-language teaching,the impact of promoting Chinese language programs in Thailand from China,and the collation of the relevant research literature,we found that the quality of teachers at Thailand's national secondary school,has become the biggest constraint when Thai government vigorously promoting Chinese language teaching at the stage of basic education.In order to solve this problem,the Thai government selected a large number of Chinese teachers by the "International Chinese Volunteer Teachers" project, let them teaching at the primary and secondary schools in Thailand.With the implementation of this project,they become an important part of Chinese teachers in the current phase of Thailand's national education system.In order to grasp the details of the teachers,we conducted a questionnaire survey on Chinese language teachers and e-mail access.We provide adviees and solutions according to the problems we found in the survey.We should solve the problems from three angles:from the Chinese government to the Thai Ministry of Education and the National schools,then to the teachers themselves,in order to enhance the quality of teacher,madding a number of recommendations and targeted approaches.
