Luoning County,is located in the north-west of Henan Province,under Luoyang City.on the dialects,Luoning dialects are belong to the Mandarin Point of the North Central Plains dialect. Luoning dialects have 24 consonants,39 vowels,4tones.the combination of vowels and tones of the distribution have some differences between Putonghua and Luoning dialects.The pre-nasal are all read the opening in Luoning dialect.Rhyme Luoning dialects will merge or transfer or exist independently after the end of nasal phonology.And this can maintain the system of Luoning bearing dialects of speech.The tone of Luoning dialect is close to that of north. There is no entering tone.The are few rising tone words.By inference and survey we found that the "three-tone"-yinping,yangping,qusheng are changing to "four tones"- yinping,yangping, shangsheng,qusheng.Compared with the region of neighboring provinces and cities,we found that the station of Luoning dialect is formed by Shanxi and Shanxi dialect which were caused by a large number of migrants and displaced persons in Ming dynasty.And it's not opening aspect affected the evolution of dialects of Luoning.In addition,due to common language and other factors,Luoning internal dialect differences, especially white text and there is a difference between old and new larger difference..
