Responsibility is one of the most important psychological traits relate to employee's behavior and working consequence.It's one's behavior tending to realize and implement his responsibility self-consciously and actively.Responsibility is an essential factor for employees to decide whether an enterprise would exist or not.It is very valuable both in theory and practice from psychology to study it.Based on overviews of former researches,interviews of employees and experts' discussion,the theoretical hypothesis of responsibility is brought forward.It is defined that it is a steady psychological trait,responsible body could undertake its corresponding consequence when he could recognize the responsibility and transform it into his liable obligation.On the basis of related theories,with which 57 employees were investigated,edited the preliminary questionnaire of employee's working responsibility.After investigating 530 employees with the formal questionnaire,the model turned out to be legitimate and fitting by means of the confirmatory factor analysis and so on.The Employee's Working Responsibility Questionnaire is examined by many indexes.The main results of this study are as follows:(1)According to the model of employee's competent traits,employee's working responsibility consists of six levels:industriousness,efficacy,go-aheadism,undertaking,duty and occupational diathesis.These level confirm the structure of responsibility of enterprise staff.(2)By a series of researches,such as project analysis,exploratory factor analysis,reliability examination,effectiveness analysis and validity analysis,the author made up the questionnaire, which shows not only a good alpha and split half reliability,but also a good content validity and structure validity,the employee's working responsibility questionnaire can be a useful metrical tool.(3)The result shows that the status quo of the employee's working responsibility in our country is good,there isn't differences in demographic effects on the employee's working responsibility,and the demographic effects can effect the factors of the working responsibility to some degree.(4)Responsibility related the dimensions and faithfulness,showing their intimate relationships.
