| Although Integrity tests proved significant validity of the prediction and at the concurrent, but the meaning and structure of Integrity test scores we do not have a good understanding and mastering. The purpose of this study is to define through a variety of methods to conduct and determine the composition of its dimensions. Specifically, on the basis of past Chinese and foreign, through interviews, item analysis, and induce methods used LISREL Construction and validation of the model Integrity tests. The results confirmed the integrity acts as a second-order factor with five first-order dimensions. These five factors were the first order: Conscientiousness, pleasant, Emotional stability, Honesty, Morality - values. |
