Idea Vicissitude And The Begaining Of Chinese Modernization

Although the current research about modernizing question in china is very prosperous, but it also has certain weak point. In these near research, for instance, sometimes the scholars excessively elaborate and evaluate the Chinese mordenization by the technological evolution factor, which has neglected human's factor to a certain extent, which has neglected the person's subjective initiative in modernizing process. This article, on the base of the past research, attempts to carry on the theoretical analysis about the 19th century 60's social concepts in the clue to the modern theory, and by the idea vicissitude, to analysis the reason why China's modernization was not able to start during 20 years after the Opium War, and to seek the reason why it become around 19th century 60'years ,And will give a suitable appraisal through the degree and the scope of the idea modernizing vicissitude . This article mainly come to elaborate by three aspects :First chapter, Renewal of the world ideal: the presupposition of the Chinese modernizing. "The world ideal" that this article refers to, does not refer as the philosophy view which the people know the entire world inusual significance, but mainly refers the viewpoint what people look on and understand other countries and their cultural in one world. The Chinese traditional world outlook, in the foundation of differenting from X1A and YI, had the intensly cultural closeness, which lies in it's lack of the mechanism that communicated with the foreign and their culture, thus it displayed the opposite nature that regarding the alien race and the foreign culture as barbaric one. Therefore, that regarded equaly and objectively to the foreign and the culture, is the premise which the Chinese modernizing starts. In the new historical period, the renewal of traditional world idea mainly reflect in two aspects, one was the change of the viewpoint about YI and XIA ;the other was that the sense of the current political situation that looked up on the outer world rationally.Second chapter, With the aid of the western learning to management country in basis of tradtional knowledge : The thought foundation which Chinese Modernization become to start. The thoughts that governing by learning very practical knowledge appeared during the difficult position of dominant. After Opium War, Qing Dynasty that faced the unprecedented difficult position, but the traditional solution was not be unable to rescue the difficultity effectively. Therefore, one group of enlightened intellectual and bureaucrats seeked the rescues from the western that once gived them the enormous suffering , thus which also increased the modernizing color for the traditional studies.Third chapter, modernizing significant idea that striving to improve and it's practice: The internal cause that Chinese modernizion become to carry on. the call of "striving to improve" emergeing in the 19th century middles, was entrusted with its unprecedented modernized characteristics. This thoughts that carrying on the military mordernization realizes through absorping the western learning, was progress in the Chinese history. However in military modernizing practice process, also the idea of striving to improve idea and the practice further werw deepened inevitably, from seeking the modern talented person who the military modernizing needed to embark, then sprouting the idea of education modernizing; Fron material and current economic condition which the military modernizing need to obtain, to the emergernce of ht the economical modernizing idea. Therefore, we may say, the modern significant idea emergence, not only urged the important changing in mordern China, also caused the idea factor which the Chinese modernizing further developed.
